Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead and grow our project management team, while ensuring the smooth delivery of creative and branding programs. In this role, you’ll work closely with strategy, design, and client teams to keep projects running efficiently—on time, on budget, and with clarity.

This is a hybrid position, with a preference for candidates based in London, though we’re open to remote applicants who are a strong fit.

London-based Salary Range: GBP 60-72K

Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of branding and creative projects — from kickoff through delivery

Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable project plans with timelines, deliverables, and resourcing mapped out for both new business and active projects

Manage resource allocation across all teams and projects, balancing priorities and capacity, and onboarding external support when needed

Lead internal and client communications, ensuring expectations are aligned and updates are timely

Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and keep projects moving forward

Track scopes, timelines, and budgets across multiple workstreams

Work closely with Business Director on new business opportunities, building proposals (scope of work, timeline, resourcing), RFP responses and managing the team in the process

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management processes and tools

Mentor and support other members of the project management team, providing coaching and guidance as needed

Help foster a positive, collaborative culture across teams and with clients

Requirements

Project management experience, ideally within a branding, design, or creative agency

Strong track record of managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders

Proven experience in resource management and team coordination

Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours, if remote

Solid understanding of how creative teams and branding processes work

Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Keynote, and Figma
